Description


The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Solution Architect for Field Service is primarily responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 CE Field Service and Project Operations engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.


 


The Solution Architect is responsible for developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations as well as for assisting clients in the implementation and support of other Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. They will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations and other CE first partly applications (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Work with clients and MCA Connect project teams to define functional requirements and document solution design; run detailed design/requirements meetings and showcases to understand clients’ business requirements and conduct gap analysis
  • Convert requirements into a Solution Blueprint
  • Guide the design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules including hands-on configuration of the Dynamics 365 CRM application
  • Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team and test completed solutions
  • Generate user and technical documentation
  • Train end users and system administrators
  • Generation of subsequent Statements of Work (SOW’s) as appropriate
  • Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practices
  • Provide customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery that’s on-budget, achieving quality results
  • Creation and delivery of content for both internal and external training, communication and marketing.
  • Represent MCA Connect at promotional and educational events

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 CRM modules experience
  • Minimum of 4 years Dynamics 365 CRM implementations experience
  • Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (Analysis – Deployment)
  • Minimum 7 years of industry and/or consulting experience
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 CRM, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment.
  • Demonstrated expertise (Subject Matter Expert) in at least one module of the Dynamics 365 (i.e. Field Service, Sales Force Automation, Project Services, etc).
  • Strong industry experience within Manufacturing and/or energy industries preferred
  • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
  • Excellent and effective communication skills in all mediums (written, verbal) and to all levels within the organization
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Readiness to travel up to 40%
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA is a plus
  • English: Fluent
