Title Dynamics 365 CE Functional Solution Architect
Location Virtual, home-based office with up to 40% travel
The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Solution Architect for Field Service is primarily responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 CE Field Service and Project Operations engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.
The Solution Architect is responsible for developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations as well as for assisting clients in the implementation and support of other Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. They will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.
